**Shipping Policy for Wicked Chic**
Preorders open every Thursday and close on Sunday at 6:00 PM. Due to high demand and limited availability, we often sell out, so only a limited number of orders are accepted each week.
Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday on a first-come, first-served basis. All packages are shipped via FedEx, and once your order leaves Wicked Chic, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days depending on your location.
**Shipping Confirmation & Tracking**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. To avoid delays, please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
**Order Issues Upon Arrival**
If your order arrives in a condition that makes it unsafe to consume, please contact us immediately and include a photo of the product exactly as it was received. We take great care to ensure our products arrive properly chilled.
**Incorrect Shipping Address**
We verify addresses with our carriers before shipping. However, if an incorrect address is entered at checkout, we may not be able to resend your order. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order, including any apartment, lot, or unit numbers. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once the shipping process has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
If your package is marked as delivered and the carrier has provided confirmation of delivery, we may be limited in how we can assist. Please still contact us so we can review the issue with you.
**Product Satisfaction**

**Shipping Delays**
If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or holidays, please contact our customer support team. Depending on the situation, options may include rescheduling your delivery or receiving store credit toward a future purchase.
**Theft of Packages**
Package theft is an unfortunate reality. If this has been an issue at your delivery location, we recommend signing up for FedEx tracking updates so you can receive real-time notifications about your shipment. You may also add delivery instructions to request a safer drop-off location. A porch camera may also be helpful.
If the carrier provides sufficient proof of delivery, we are unable to replace or resend orders reported as stolen.
